Environmental protection action plan
We understand that any anthropogenic activity has an impact on the environment, and the Company takes responsibility for managing its activities in such a way that they are socially significant and meet all the established requirements. Therefore, the Company has developed the Environmental Protection Action Plan, which was approved by the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control.
The planned and implemented measures are aimed at developing environmental friendliness skills, ensuring environmental safety and rational use of natural resources.
Before starting planning of production activities, a step-by-step design of facilities is carried out with the development of the Environmental Impact Assessment section, with undergoing all mandatory sanitary-epidemiological and state environmental examinations.
The company creates conditions for open cooperation in the sphere of environmental protection with government agencies, interested organizations and the public by openly demonstrating environmental responsibility, meeting the target indicators of information and communication technologies in the sphere of environmental protection. Public hearings on the planning of construction of new facilities are held periodically in the form of open meetings.
The company annually conducts comprehensive environmental monitoring (by third-party accredited laboratories) in accordance with the developed production environmental control program (hereinafter referred to as PEC). The PEC assesses the potential negative impact on the environment by performing instrumental measurements of environmental components (atmospheric air, water resources, soil resources, radiation background). The PEC program has established sampling and measurement points with indication of the frequency of sampling and the list of components to be determined.
